Our favorite weekend breakfast place. Their breakfast is delicious. You have to try the cheese grits! The service is excellent and ambience very friendly.
A small locals kind of place with a walk up window for to go orders as well as a full service diner. My husband had a pancake breakfast with scrambled eggs and bacon that he said was average if not good. I got the biscuits and gravy and that was excellent! The best I have had at a restaurant in years. There was actually sausage in it and seasoned perfectly. The service was friendly and efficient. The ambiance was dive/diner so if you are picky about that, you may miss out on some quality food and service.
This restaurant serves the best home cooked meals ever. They serve the best oxtail dinners and lemonade and sweet tea too. The costumer service is great and the space at this restaurant is too, because you can rent areas inside for different occasions. Try the food and the location, you won't be sorry you did.
My colleagues enjoy dining here during the week, as well as doing lunch meetings. Great service with a smile and they check up on you routinely. Great country foods, like the meatloaf, wings, pork chops and the sides are slurpy. Not a buffet, and made to order...Mmmm
